Tilt Shift Lens-Time Lapse-Keith Loutits

I love Time Lapses... it makes me feel like I am watching... something of a higher universe- i think. It's that it takes reality and messes with your concept of time- i suppose.

This Time Lapse is extra special because it is done with a tilt-shift lens... it makes everything look like a miniature land- but it is really our everyday land... just manipulated...
Keith Loutit's piece Bathtub IV features a dramatic helicopter rescue off Sydney's southern beaches. The music is by Megan Washington.

This is Dallas Clayton's first book... and it is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen.
It is such an important and INSPIRING message for kiddies, AND adults! Clayton says on his website that it made 8 out of 20 readers cry.
Here is the first 4 pages of the book- you can view the whole thing here. And buy it here to read over and over again.

Keep viewing it.... DO IT! It is very worth the 2 minutes it will take you to enjoy. An Awesome book, an AWESOME world.

'Tucker' by Gaby Basora

Now this makes sense!
Tucker- by Gaby Basora
It's beautiful fashion that makes perfect sense!
It seems Tucker uses a selection of materials/prints for an entire collection- she then picks a few wonderful shapes accustomed to that season and WALLAH! Badabing!!!
Feminine prints, and it seems such comfortable flowy pieces!
Gaby says it best her self in her 'story':
"In the age of disposable everything, Tucker hopes to be the piece you can never part with and always want more of."

Debi Treloar- dreamy interiors

A friend sent me a photo this morning- it was so beautiful to wake up to...

The photo is taken by Debi Treloar... Debi's biography says she is originally from Zimbabwe, and that she studied art and then photography. Debi now lives and works in London.

I found more beauties on her website. Makes me feel all dreamy. Such beautiful interiors.

Allan Watts

"To have faith is to trust yourself to the water. When you swim you don't grab hold of the water, because if you do you will sink and drown. Instead you relax, and float." ~Allan Watts

I thought you might enjoy this little video... Allan Watts is a bit wacky... but if you can get past that- he has some beautiful things to say.

He was well known as a light along the way for many, someone who grew up in the early 1900's learning the names of wild flowers and butterflies, playing beside streams, and performing funeral ceremonies for birds. He become a philosopher, writer, speaker, and student of comparative religion. He was best known as an interpreter and populariser of Asian philosophies for a Western audience.

He wrote more than twenty-five books and numerous articles on subjects such as personal identity, the true nature of reality, higher consciousness, meaning of life, concepts and images of God and the pursuit of happiness, relating his experience to scientific knowledge and to the teachings of Eastern and Western religions or philosophies (Zen Buddhism, Taoism, Christianity, Hinduism, etc.).

Allan Watts was a superman in the world of knowing as far as I am concerned... ; )

“Trying to define yourself is like trying to bite your own teeth.”

~Alan Watts

“How is it possible that a being with such sensitive jewels as the eyes, such enchanted musical instruments as the ears, and such fabulous arabesque of nerves as the brain can experience itself anything less than a god.”

~Allan Watts

Everybody needs a bit of Allan Watts in their life. A wonderfully whacky man.

Part Two and Part Three are on You Tube...
